Gregory advises companies and represents them before national and European courts in matters relating to intellectual property law, food law, market practices and commercial contracts. His practice includes negotiations with authorities and assisting clients during their following proceedings.

Intellectual property
Gregory has written numerous articles on food law and intellectual property law. In 2016, he published an authoritative book on food advertising and labeling in Belgian and European law. He is the President of the Association for the Study of Competition Law (AEDC) and of the Belgian Food Law Association (BFSO Legal). He regularly gives seminars at conferences and in universities.
Prior to joining THALES, he worked at the law firms Allen & Overy and Simont Braun.

He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2001.
