Her practice covers not only individual labor law (employment contracts, remuneration policies, service agreements) but also collective labor relations (trade union negotiations, collective agreements, functioning of representative bodies), as well as immigration law (work permits), protection of privacy at work, well-being issues at work and discrimination.
Catherine also has an active litigation practice before the labor courts.
Before joining THALES in 2022, Catherine practiced for more than 10 years at the specialized law firm Claeys&Engels and was then in charge of the department of social law at the Brussels multidisciplinary firm, Verhaegen Walravens.
